An experienced facilitator with over twenty five years experience Steven has worked with over 300 organisations both within Australia and in the UK, USA, Hong Kong, Fiji, Malaysia and Singapore. Steven has facilitated to all areas of the organisation from staff to the Executive team, across age groups from high school students to staff retiring and in different cultural settings.He has personally organised and introduced personal  development programs, cultural change and Change Management programs and leadership development to over 20,000 people and is highly regarded as a one on one coach and mentor.Steven is accredited to deliver:

  • The Cultural Change Process- the step by step process for introducing sustainable cultural change
  • Leadership Impact (LI)- the culture and behaviours we are creating through our leadership styles
  • LifeStyle Inventory 1 & 2  (LSI) which provides 360 degree feedback on the behaviours others observe their leaders to demonstrate.
  • Measuring the team and interpersonal skills of groups and enhancing communication        skills. He has worked with sporting groups to assess how they are seen and the behaviours required for success
  • Coaching for Superior Performance (CSP)- the model and skills for effective coaching of others. Steven is recognised as an effective teacher of the skills to enable coaches to one on one coach others.

Steven has one on one coached over 500 leaders

  • Personally introduced, managed and implemented change management programs to over      10,000 RAAF personnel and 4000 Westpac staff. Currently managing a change process for over 1000 AMP staff
  • An experienced facilitator of Vision Building and Team Development programs and is a regular key note speaker at conferences including the AFL Draft Camp Level 3 Coaching program.
  • His book ,’A Season of Achievement’(Pages_update (1)) on what makes for an effective leader and effective coaching is now provided by the Australian Football League to participants of the AFL Level One ,Two and Three Coaching programs.
